I worked at Empower Retirement as an early 20-something who knew next to nothing about retirement planning. I had a fresh perspective compared to most of my colleagues who had been in the industry for years. For that reason, I was tasked with taking relatively ambiguous ideas related to financial planning and translating them into language that your average young retirement plan participant could easily understand.  ​
